Intro to Strength Training

Training consists of two 55-minute sessions.  You will learn:
  • Basic strength training movements
  • Workout program splits / segments / formats
  • Exercise formats
  • How to pick your working weights
  • How to progressively overload to maximize gains
  • Mind muscle connection
You will be working out as you learn.  After completing the session, you’ll be ready to start your strength training journey with confidence, whether that be on your own or by training with us!

WOD (Workout of the Day)

Full-body strength training class in a fun, small group atmosphere.

What to expect during 55-minute class:

  • guided session – to ensure proper lifting form
  • small group – up to 6 per class
  • tough workout – so you get results
  • judge-free zone – where all are welcome

This class is designed both for those just beginning to strength train and seasoned pros looking to get in a solid workout.
