Before purchasing a personal training session or package, please complete a fitness evaluation input form by clicking on the button below.  During your first training session, we will conduct a fitness evaluation where we assess body movements and fitness levels and identify possible areas of injury risk.  The evaluation establishes a baseline used to measure progress and show real results.

Small Group Personal Training
