Our group training sessions are an effective and motivating way to get a personal trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment than one-on-one personal training.  Group sessions are designed for 3-6 people and are available at different levels based on fitness performance:

 

  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced
  • Elite

To ensure you get the appropriate training for your fitness level, we provide  clients with a free fitness evaluation which determines class placement.
