Now it’s time to schedule your initial Fitness Evaluation / Training Session

During this session we will start by reviewing your fitness goals and desired workout schedule. We will then assess your body movements, strength and fitness level. At the end of the training session, we’ll provide our specific recommendations for a personal training program that will truly enhance your life, taking into account your fitness goals, schedule and budget.

Initial Evaluation/Training Session (55 minutes) – $80

  1. Sessions are purchased and booked on our Fitli booking site.
  2. Evaluations will be conducted during our Shared Personal training sessions so select a date that works for you.
  3. Be sure to purchase the “PT Initial Evaluation/Training” option after booking your session.
