During your first personal training session, we conduct a fitness evaluation which sets the baseline for your training.  We start by talking about your fitness goals.  We then assess your body movements, strength, and fitness level.

The evaluation is a great learning experience for both of us. You get a better understanding of your fitness level and we know what we need to do to help you meet your fitness goals.  The evaluation also allows us to measure progress and real results.
