We’re a personal strength training gym. That means we take your fitness personally. We don’t do large group classes where you get lost in the crowd. And our focus is on strength training to maximize your results. Even if you participate in one of our strength training classes, you’ll have our attention. We offer several options including Solo 1:1 personal training, Duo 2:1 personal training, Small Group Personal Training for up to 4 people, and strength training classes for up to 6 people.

When you sign up for personal training, you get a commitment from us. Our goal is to make sure you meet your fitness goals. We do this by focusing on our 3 steps to fitness. It’s more than just training in the gym. You need to know how to fuel your body and recover through nutritional foods. You need to be mentally prepared for the process and focus every step of the way. We help you get there. We believe in our 3 steps because they will result in a better YOU.

DANNY AND ELLIE MUZZALUPO
Danny is our founder and head trainer here at 3-Step Fitness. With a degree in Exercise Science, Danny specializes in programming to each individual’s training goals – whether it is sports-specific training, weight loss, gaining muscle or general fitness. Each person is different, so is the training!
Ellie is our gym manager and head of social media. Ellie designed our new facility and puts her photography skills to work capturing high-quality photos and videos of our clients.
